At EarthLED we look at shipping a bit differently than most companies. Not only do we strive for the fastest and safest delivery of your valuable LED lighting, we work constantly to make sure the experience you receive is consistent with what you would expect from the leading online lighting retailer.

From the time you place your order to the time it is loaded on a carriers truck, a team is working behind the scenes to ensure your shipment is accurately and safely fulfilled. To support these efforts we utilize several warehouses across the nation with state of the art processing and packing capabilities.
EarthLED will ship all LED bulb orders via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS within the United States.
Express & Overnight
To help keep our prices low and prevent fraud, all overnight or express shipments must be placed via phone at 1-877-855-1625 during normal business hours. EarthLED will quote the express shipping charge prior to charging the order. Due to our diverse fulfillment system, some items may not be available for expedited shipping. Express and overnight orders placed after 10 AM MST will ship the following business day. No changes may be made to any completed express orders.

Product Damaged in Shipping
Most of the bulbs we ship are plastic and very resilient. Occasionally, however, an item may be damaged in transit. In order for a damage claim to be successful, EarthLED must be notified of the damage within five business days from the date the package is received. Please notify Customer Service - be sure to include your order number. As the shipper, EarthLED will file a claim with the carrier, on your behalf. Pending the carrier's assessment of the damage, EarthLED will make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped. In order for EarthLED to perform this service, the package(s) must be received and inspected by the customer and not refused under any circumstances.
Product damaged in shipping is not covered by a manufacturer warranty and not eligible for our Easy Trial Return program. Buyers who use the Easy Trial Return Form to return damaged product will not be credited for shipping charges and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Packages Returned to EarthLED
Refused packages will incur a 15% restocking fee and EarthLED will not refund shipping charges. Packages returned to EarthLED as 'undeliverable' due to an EarthLED error will be reshipped at our cost. In cases in which an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping fees will apply for EarthLED to reship the order. If the customer elects to not have the order reshipped, a credit will be issued, less the original shipping charges.
